Observation Page Settings Explained

Follow

In the observation page settings you can adjust settings for an optimal viewing experience : set your image saving settings, joystick settings, and units used in the application.

To access the observation page settings, tap on (in the top right corner) to access the settings menu from any main page in the app (Homepage, Catalog, Science, and Gallery).

Once in the settings menu, select Observation page.

The observation page settings are divided into 3 categories :

Image

You can activate Automatic backup, which will automatically save a capture when the Enhanced Vision (Dynamic Signal Amplification) is stopped.

You can choose the format in which you want to save your image, either with or without the Unistellar frame, or both.

Joystick

You can activate or not your phone’s vibration when the joystick is being used for a more tactile experience.

You can choose to reverse the axis of movement of the joystick or not, depending on your preference.

Unit used in the application

Select which unit format you want to see in the app catalog for object position, either Simple or Precise.
