Where Can I Find the Serial Number of my ENVISION Binoculars?

The serial number of your ENVISION binoculars allows our Support Team to identify your device.

There are two ways to find it.

1. Scan the QR code underneath your binoculars

You can find the main serial number by scanning the QR code located underneath your ENVISION binoculars using your smartphone's camera.

It consists of a combination of letters and numbers, for example: EAAHxzpno

2. Alternative serial number

You can also find an alternative serial number directly in the UNISTELLAR app.

1. Turn on your ENVISION binoculars and connect them to the UNISTELLAR app.
2. Tap the binoculars icon in the lower-left corner of the home screen, or go to Settings.
3. Find the serial number displayed in your device information.

This number may look like this: 6B5350

Good to know: Both serial numbers can be used to identify your binoculars when contacting our Support Team.
