Citizen Science: What are Deep Links?

 

We use Deep Links only for Citizen Science observations.

 

Deep linking is the use of a hyperlink that points to specific content available in the Unistellar app instead of a website. They are used to take users directly to the science mode and provide them with the observation information including RA, DEC, exposure time, gain and duration to save people time and energy.

 

You can find Deep Links via the Science Campaign page for each Science Program or via the Ephemeris pages. To get one, you have to use your smartphone, get connected to one of these pages, and then click the smartphone icon :
