The SN of your telescope is shown below the mount, starts with "eVscope-" or “f090/“ followed by 6 letters and/or numbers

Found under the USER tab, then under settings (cog icon in the top right corner)

Please give as much information as possible: smartphone/tablet type, model, operating system, etc.
