Introducing Unistellar Vivid Vision (VVT)
Two groundbreaking technologies, one revolutionary experience. First, a powerful signal processing feature that allows our telescopes to detect and reveal the true colors of space like never before in a smart telescope. Second, an advanced image enhancement system that performs corrections with the finesse of an astrophotographer.
- True Cosmic Colors: Unistellar telescopes now automatically detect the authentic colors of the cosmos, unveiling their vibrant variety in a way no other telescope on the market can. This cutting-edge technology delivers stunningly vivid colors.
- Professional-Grade Image Enhancement: Our onboard image processing automatically corrects imperfections and enhances visuals, capturing your observations with the beauty and precision of a seasoned astrophotographer.
In just 2 minutes, our telescopes can reveal the colorful nuances of 300,000 stars in the Hercules Cluster and bring to life the richly hued gas clouds of the Trifid Nebula, showcasing their true chemical composition.
How does Vivid Vision Technology work?
We've perfected our automatic image processing algorithms by analyzing a vast collection of sky images from our community of over 25,000 users and refining them with professional techniques. The result? Images that are more true to the real colors of the cosmos and aesthetically enhanced to their full potential.
The color analysis comes from the Gaia DR3 catalog, which is based on data collected by the Gaia telescope, launched in 2013 by the European Space Agency.
Finally, the universe's colors are revealed in all their glory, with observations of galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters reaching unprecedented levels of detail and brightness for consumer telescopes.
With the rich and varied chemical compositions of stars and nebulae, the universe is a kaleidoscope of color. It’s about time your telescope showed you the true beauty of space!

Read the following article to learn how to use Vivid Vision technology: How to Use the Vivid Vision Technology?
Note: It is not possible to adjust or change the colors produced by Vivid Vision Technology during live observation. Users who wish to modify the color appearance can do so manually after saving the image, using the "Edit" mode or external editing tools.
Note: Vivid Vision Technology only applies to stars, star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies. It doesn't apply to the Sun, Moon, or planets supported by the Enhanced Vision for Planets mode.
Note: Vivid Vision Technology does not apply to RAW files.
Important: Vivid Vision Technology is only available on newer telescopes with the processing power to support these enhancements (Equinox 2, eVscope 2, Odyssey, and Odyssey Pro).
