How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, the best solution is to reject the delivery upon arrival. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, our team will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
