Missing Shipments, Parts or Damaged In Shipment

If your order arrives with missing parts or if any items are damaged during shipment, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.

 

 

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to:

  • Verify the contents of the box within 2 weeks of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number

  • Send clear photos showing any damage

  • Include photos of the packaging and the area where the missing part should have been (if applicable)

While we strive to provide a timely resolution, please note that we may need input from our logistics partners. This can occasionally lead to delays, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
