If you need to contact Unistellar Support, please make sure to log your case through our help center. Here are a few tips to ensure your request is successfully submitted and tracked:
1. Double-check your email address
When submitting your request, make sure you enter your correct email address. If you use an invalid or mistyped address, you will obviously not receive any follow-up or ticket confirmation.
2. Submission confirmation
After you submit your request through the help center form, you will see a confirmation pop-up in the top right corner of your screen, as shown below:
This message confirms that your request was successfully submitted to our system.
3. Ticket confirmation email
Almost instantly after submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number (for example, “50031”). If you do not see this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Here is what the confirmation email looks like:
The ticket number allows you to track your request throughout the process.
4. Create an account to follow your requests
For better visibility, you can create a help center account. This account is like your personal mailbox: Unistellar cannot log in for you or see your private login details. Once logged in, you can click on your name in the top right corner and check the My Activities section to see the full history of your requests and their status.
Please note: you can also reply directly to the support emails you receive to continue the conversation.
5. Why do we use this system?
We use a widely recognized support ticket platform called Zendesk to manage your requests efficiently. Zendesk ensures that all conversations are securely stored and that you can always retrieve the history of your cases.
As a reminder, our support system keeps a secure record of all requests since 2018. This means we can always verify any previous conversations or tickets if needed.
If you have any doubts about whether your request went through, remember to:
- Check for the pop-up confirmation after submitting
- Look for the ticket confirmation email (and check your spam)
- Log in to your Help Center account to view all open and past tickets
