This FAQ contains all confirmed information currently available regarding ENVISION deliveries. If a topic is not covered here, it means we do not yet have confirmed details to share. As new information becomes available, this article will be updated.
When will ENVISION binoculars be delivered?
Kickstarter and Indiegogo contributor deliveries are currently planned between July and October 2026.
Shipments will begin progressively. The detailed logistics schedule is still being finalized, so we are not yet able to communicate precise individual delivery dates.
Can I choose my shipping month or request priority delivery?
Unfortunately, no. Deliveries are scheduled according to production batches, regional logistics, fulfillment constraints, and carrier organization.
We cannot manually prioritize individual shipments, move a contribution to a specific month, or guarantee delivery before a personal event, trip, or deadline.
What if I am traveling or unavailable during the delivery period?
Once your shipment is prepared, you will receive tracking information from the carrier.
Depending on your country and the carrier, you may be able to reschedule the delivery, redirect the package, or arrange pickup directly through the carrier’s website or app.
If you have a special situation, please contact our support team after receiving your shipping notification.
Will a signature be required upon delivery?
We are still finalizing shipping arrangements with our logistics partners. Once confirmed, this article will be updated with the applicable delivery requirements.
Will I receive advance notice before shipment?
Yes. Contributors will receive shipping notifications and tracking information when their ENVISION is ready to leave the warehouse.
If any action is required on your side before shipment, you will be contacted directly.
Do I need to confirm my shipping address now?
No action is required at this stage.
We are currently transferring Kickstarter and Indiegogo contribution data into our fulfillment/ERP system. Address collection and confirmation have not started yet.
All contributors will be contacted directly when the address confirmation phase begins.
I moved since backing the project. What should I do?
Nothing yet. Once the address confirmation phase begins, you will be able to update your shipping information before shipment.
Please do not send address changes proactively for now, as Kickstarter and Indiegogo contributions have not yet been imported into the fulfillment system.
Can I add accessories or an additional pair to my Kickstarter or Indiegogo contribution?
Kickstarter and Indiegogo contributions cannot be modified at this stage.
However, certain accessories and additional units may become available through separate preorder sales on our website. Please note that these orders would be shipped separately from Kickstarter or Indiegogo contributions.
I am participating in the beta program. Who should I contact?
Beta testing is managed by a dedicated team. If you have signed the NDA and joined the beta program, please use the dedicated beta contact email address provided to you for all beta-related questions.
The beta team does not have access to Kickstarter direct messages or the regular Unistellar customer support platform. Customer support also cannot access beta program communications.
