I placed a pre-order (ENVISION). What should I expect?

Estimated Schedule:

  • Batch 1: October
  • Batch 2: November

These shipping windows are estimates and may be adjusted if necessary. Should there be any significant changes, we will keep affected customers informed.

Can Customer Care tell me exactly when my order will ship?

Not at this stage. We are not able to provide more detailed shipping information before mid-September, at least (October batch). Once we finalize the fulfillment schedule, we will communicate additional details to customers with each shipping batch. This article will be updated accordingly.

Please refer to your order confirmation email, which indicates your estimated shipping batch or shipping estimate.
