I need a receipt or an invoice


1. It can sometimes take several minutes (up to 30) for the order receipt to be delivered to your inbox, but generally, they should arrive within one hour.

If, after an hour, you still haven't received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure it didn't get caught in your spam filter.

Feel free to contact us if you still cannot find it, we will be happy to help and re-issue a receipt to the email address associated with the order.

Note: please be aware that PayPal does not send receipts, so if you purchased your eVscope using PayPal and need a receipt, please contact us to get an order confirmation from our accounts team.

2. The invoice is a bill issued by the seller when the product has been delivered. Please contact us here to get yours. 

Note: please be aware that we are unable to issue invoices before the actual shipment of your order.
