Where to Find the Serial Number of Your UNISTELLAR telescope?

If you require any technical assistance, please include the serial number of your telescope systematically (6 characters only, letters and/or numbers).

You can find it:

  • under the tube
  • in the Wi-Fi settings of your smartphone (it is in the name of your telescope's Wi-Fi signal)
  • or via the User tab in the App if you are connected to your unit
