If you require any technical assistance, please include the serial number of your telescope systematically (6 characters only, letters and/or numbers).
You can find it:
- Under the tube, below is an example of the serial pn6qz7:
- In the Wi-Fi settings of your smartphone (it is in the name of your telescope's Wi-Fi signal)
- or via the User tab in the App if you are connected to your unit, at the bottom of the telescope settings page
