When will I receive my order?

If you pre-order today

If you pre-order on our website today, you will receive your eVscope in December (just before Christmas). In general, please refer to the shipping information available on our site at the moment of your order. The tracking numbers are sent directly by our logistician, it's not coming from Unistellar.

If you already pre-ordered

You are based in Europe, the USA or Canada or Japan and expect your delivery in October:

The October deliveries were entirely fulfilled. 

You are based in Europe, the USA, Canada, or Japan and expect your delivery in November:

The November deliveries were entirely fulfilled except for a handful of persons who didn't confirm their shipping address and phone number despite our multiple follow-ups. Please check your spam folder before contacting us. The tracking numbers are not coming from Unistellar. If you haven't received your tracking number at this point, please contact us. Please note there are 2-3 processing days before you can track the shipment.

You are based in Europe, the USA, Canada, or Japan and expect your delivery in December:

Your order will be shipped around 18 December latest (delivery for Christmas) and you will receive the tracking number directly from our logistician, it's not coming from Unistellar. If we can, we will ship earlier, of course (it's stock dependent). Please note there are 2-3 processing days before you can track the shipment.

You are based in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or Singapore:

If you are a crowdfunding backer on Kickstarter or Indiegogo or Campfire

All the backers located in Europe and the USA have received their payment notices in summer 2020. If you haven't received yours, please check your spam folder before contacting us. We advise you to follow up once your payment is processed. The delivery is not immediate, it depends on the stock.

 

All the backers located in Canada have received a request to update their shipping information via a survey on September 23. The payment notices were sent automatically on October 12 to those who filled the survey before October 5. A few persons received a corrected payment notice (and a refund of the previous payment) on October 14. The list of all the valid payments was handed over to the logistician on October 20. As of November 9, 10 am CET, Unistellar received the final list with all the Canadian tracking numbers. If you haven't received your payment notice so far, it means that you didn't fill the survey sent on September 23 on time. In this case, please contact us to get your payment notice (the survey does not matter anymore). The delivery is not immediate, it depends on the stock.

 

Backers located in Japan: all the payment notices have been sent, your tracking number was aired, if you missed yours, please check your spam folder before contacting us. The delivery is not immediate, it depends on the stock.

 

Backers located in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong 

We informed you by email on October 15.

 

Other destinations: we are working on the legal paperwork, but the certification process takes time due to COVID-19. Contact us if you need more information about it.

If you ordered the backpack on its own

Standalone backpack orders in Europe (including France and the United Kingdom) ordered before August have been shipped. If you order now, we will need to wait until the end of November to ship. Previous standalone backpack orders in the United States or Canada were shipped on October 20. If you order now, it will take us mid-December to ship.
