When will I receive my order?

If you pre-order today

If you pre-order on our website today, you will receive your eVscope at the end of November 2020. In general, please refer to the shipping information available on our site at the moment of your order. We will contact you 2-3 weeks prior to the shipment to confirm your address and inform you of a more refined delivery timeframe.

If you already pre-ordered

You are based in Europe, the USA or Canada:

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, orders originally scheduled to be delivered in October are mainly not affected. We expect to inform you about the progress around October 1. For orders planned to be delivered earlier, most were maintained with a few exceptions, we informed our customers about it in June-July. Feel free to contact us if you haven't received this email or need more information. In general, we will contact you 2-3 weeks prior to your shipment in order to confirm your address and keep you informed about the shipping process.

You are based in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or Singapore:

We plan to ship your order in October. We will inform you about the progress at the end of September.

You are based in Japan:

Deliveries are also scheduled in October. We will inform you about the progress at the end of September.

If you are a crowdfunding backer on Kickstarter or Indiegogo or Campfire

Backers located in Europe and the USA have received their payment notices (and those who paid their final fees before August 30 have received or are about to receive their pledges). If you haven't received your payment notice, please check your spam folder before contacting us

There is no need to update us about your address change anymore as we will ask you to confirm it before the package leaves our local warehouse. Do send us a notification if you move or have moved to another country or if we already sent your eVscope.

Backers located in Canada have received a request to update their shipping information via a survey on September 23. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Backers located in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong please refer to our official communication from September 3d.

Backers located in Japan: payment notices have already been sent, your tracking number was aired, if you missed your payment notice, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Other destinations: we are working on the legal paperwork, but the certification process takes time due to COVID-19.

If you ordered the backpack on its own

Standalone backpack orders in Europe (including France and the United Kingdom) ordered before August have been shipped. If you order now, we will need to wait until mid-November ship. Standalone backpack orders in the United States or Canada will be back in stock soon and shipped in the first half of October.
