Returns Within Our 30-day Trial Policy

If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your Unistellar product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged and in its original condition.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by reaching out to our Support Team here.

  2. Provide These Details:

    • The serial number of your telescope.

    • Close-up pictures from all angles showing the product's condition.

  3. Important:

    • Please do not send the product back to the original shipping address or warehouse.

    • Wait for our team to give you the return reference and correct return facility address.


Before You Return

  • Reset your password/Wi-Fi connection if it was set up. Instructions here.

  • Make sure to return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories.


Shipping Your Return

  • You have 2 weeks to ship the product after receiving our return approval and instructions.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If anything is missing or damaged, restocking fees may apply.

  • If the product is damaged, a refund will not be issued.


After We Receive Your Return

  • We’ll perform a functional check within 2 weeks of arrival.

  • If everything is in order, we’ll process a full refund using the same payment method used for the purchase or pre-order.
