When Will I Receive My Order? Logistics and Stock Info

1. How fast will my order be shipped? What is the shipment date?

We ship all orders within 2 business days after confirmation, provided the item is in stock.

2. What is the current stock status?

As of May 5, 2025:

  • United States:

    • All items in stock

  • European Union & the UK:

    • eVscope 2: Expected back in June (update available May 27)

    • eQuinox 2: In stock

    • Backpack (eV2/eQ2): In stock

    • Solar Filter (eV2/eQ2): In stock

    • Odyssey: Expected back in June (update available May 27)

    • Odyssey Pro: Expected mid-May (update available May 9)

    • Odyssey Backpack: In stock

    • Solar Filter (Odyssey): In stock

3. Can I pick up my order from your warehouse? Can I come to your office in SF?

No. For safety reasons, individual pickups are not allowed. We don't have any stock in our office in San Francisco.

4. What does the shipping process look like?

  • All packages are solidly packed, insured, tracked, and delivered against signature.

  • We do not ship to PO, APO, FPO, MPO, or DPO addresses.

5. Where do you ship from? Which carrier do you use?

  • USA: Ships from California or Pennsylvania via FedEx or UPS, USPS in some instances

  • Europe (excluding UK): Ships from France (near Paris) via Chronopost, FedEx, or UPS

  • UK: Ships from Leicestershire via Parcel Force or DPD or from France by UPS

    • For DPD deliveries, do not select the option to deliver at the door without a signature.

6. When will I receive my tracking number?

  • You will receive a tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • It may take 1–3 business days for the tracking number to activate.

  • If it hasn’t moved after 5 business days, please contact our support team.

7. How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Transit times after dispatch (excluding processing time):

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
France 1–2 business days
Other EU countries 3–5 business days
Non-EU countries (UK, CH) 5–10 business days (may vary due to customs)
Mainland USA 3–7 business days
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc. More than 2 weeks possible

Example:
If you're in California and the order ships from our CA warehouse, delivery will take about 3 business days. If shipped from PA, it may take up to 10 business days.

8. What if I ordered a backpack or solar filter?

  • These items follow the same shipping process.

  • If ordered with a telescope, they will ship at the same time, in separate boxes (which may arrive ±1 day apart).
